We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping; however, if your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement print of the same edition size (subject to availability).

The prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Smaller sizes (A4, A3) are shipped flat in protective rigid packaging, while larger prints (A2) are rolled in acid-free tissue and delivered in sturdy tubes.
