Behind the Scenes: Monster vs. Red Bull – War Zone Concept
This shot was one of the most challenging and rewarding projects I’ve undertaken, featuring a rivalry between Monster and Red Bull as a battlefield scene. The cans were embedded in mud alongside authentic WW so far. I aimed to depict the rII bullets and shells, with smoke and fire effects heightening the drama. The Monster can stand victorious, crushing the Red Bull beneath it. To bring this concept to life, I spent hours sourcing materials from charity shops and car boot sal

Behind the Scenes: Pro Cook Cooking Knife
For this GoPro project, I aimed to create an image that embodied the spirit of adventure, rugged, practical, and prepared for anything. Instead of relying on digital backgrounds, I built an entirely physical set from scratch. Using OSB board, wooden battens, and printed wood textures, I constructed a custom wall section and floating shelf that allowed me to arrange all the gear exactly as I envisioned. Every item on the shelf was deliberately chosen: a climbing rope, a mult

Behind the Scenes: The Monster Energy Splash
The Monster Energy splash was the final photo shoot for my major university project, and it was one of the most ambitious. For the assignment, I needed to produce three images that felt connected in style but still stood on their own. I chose to work with beverages, giving each one its own personality while maintaining a consistent look across the series. This shoot was all about capturing energy and impact, exactly what Monster markets itself on. I wanted the image to explod

Behind the Scenes: Broken Serenity
The inspiration for this photograph came from my fascination with how everyday objects can tell a story when deliberately arranged. Wine, bread, a handwritten note, a fallen glass, and a knife are simple items. Yet together they create a moment frozen between elegance and discomfort, as if the viewer has arrived seconds after something significant occurred. The bottle of Antonin Rodet Pinot Noir set the mood. Its deep red colour and classic French label suggested intimacy, cu

Behind the Scenes: Oakley Whiskers Sunglasses
The inspiration for this project came from my time on the beach and my love of watersports. I spend countless hours working in sandy coastal environments, and the constant battle with sand getting into my own sunglasses sparked the idea for an action shot that felt both authentic and energetic. To bring the concept to life, I built a large wooden frame and filled it with sand, creating a natural base for the shoot. Positioning the Oakley Whiskers within this setup gave the

Behind the Scenes: The Shower Gel Splash Effect
For this shoot I wanted to create something bold and dynamic using water. The idea was to capture cosmetic products in mid splash, with all the energy of water frozen around them, and then bring it together into a clean, commercial image. To achieve this, I set up a large fish tank in the studio and experimented with dropping different products into it. I used Radox and Lynx shower gels, fixing them to acrylic sheets with heavy-duty fish tank sealant so they could be lowered

Behind the Scenes: The Kong Strong Energy Drink
This shoot was one of the most challenging I attempted. It began with an old wooden chest I discovered in a house clearance shop,...

The Dalmore whiskey shoot was one of those projects that started as a spark of inspiration and turned into something far more challenging...

Behind the Scenes: My Coca-Cola Shoot
When I set out to photograph Coca-Cola, I thought it would be simple — a bottle, a glass, a quick pour, done. Instead, it turned into one...
